Upon receipt of a valid counter notification from the provider of the allegedly infringing content, we will promptly notify the original complainant and provide them with a copy of the counter notification. We will then replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 business days, unless notified of legal action seeking to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity.
